This course was created with love for individuals seeking guidance and support in recovering and healing from domestic and/or narcissistic abuse. Individuals who may be struggling with: lowered self-esteem & self-love; diminished self-worth/value; shame & guilt; depression; anxiety; clarity; finding peace; and the possible lack of community & support. Through this course, abuse survivors will gain greater clarity and knowledge of domestic and narcissistic abuse and will have the opportunity to assess the many ways they may have been personally affected by such abuse. Furthermore, students will gain practical applications and skills to help produce evident healing, growth and victorious transformation!

Survivors will: learn how to create positive shifts in both 'mindset' and 'identity; learn practical skills and tools to help foster/grow greater self-love & self-care; learn how to establish & enforce clear boundaries; know how to recognize 'red flags' in relationships; and will improve their understanding of what a "healthy relationship" looks like versus a "toxic relationship". This course will provide nurturing guidance & support, and other informative resources that can help those impacted by past and/or current abuse.
